Parent Pulse Survey 2026 – Thank You for Your Feedback

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all parents who took the time to complete this year’s Parent Pulse Survey. With 611 responses, approximately 70% of all families in our school community, this represents a strong level of participation across our school community, giving us a highly reliable picture of parent experience at our school.
Strong Overall Parent Satisfaction
Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) has increased to 20 from 16 in 2025, showing an improvement from last year and reflecting growing confidence in the school.


Areas for Improvement
While celebrating our achievements, we also value and carefully consider parents’ suggestions on how we can continue to improve.
1. Some feedback indicates a desire for stronger academic challenge and progression
2. While many parents feel supported, some would like:
- More timely and detailed updates on their child’s progress
- Clearer communication around school processes and expectations
3. Opportunities to improve aspects of daily school life, including:
- Canteen quality and variety
- Student behavior expectations and consistency
- The overall learning environment in certain areas

1. Introducing more rigorous pathways, including:
- Syracuse University Advanced Projects
- Singapore Math (DAIS Elementary)
- Robotics integration in Bilingual STEAM
2. Ensuring greater consistency and challenge across all year groups
Improving Communication
Launching Toddle platform to provide:
- Real-time learning updates
- Multi-language options for parents
- AI-supported tools to enhance engagement
Enhancing Daily Experience
- Prioritizing improvements in canteen quality and variety
- Reviewing and refining the student behavior policy to ensure greater consistency and clarity
- Continuing to improve the overall learning environment
