Adam M. Vetrano is a career educator and school leader with over 20 years of experience across the United States, the UAE, South Korea, and Vietnam. He currently serves as Executive Principal of Einstein Schools Vietnam, where he oversees three campuses serving more than 2,000 students.
Adam’s leadership has focused on building coherent, high-functioning school systems. He has developed partnerships with international organizations including The Global Citizen Education Group Singapore, Haileybury School Melbourne, and IvyPrep Education Vietnam, all while strengthening student support systems, governance structures, and community engagement.

Prior to this, Adam served as Head of School at The American School Vietnam, guiding the community through the pandemic while rebuilding leadership structures, raising academic standards, and restoring trust with families. His earlier roles include senior leadership positions in Seoul, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ho Chi Minh City, with a consistent focus on instructional quality, safeguarding, and organizational alignment.
Adam holds a Master’s degree in Education, a postgraduate qualification in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University, and is slated to complete a Global Executive Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California this summer.
Across his work, Adam is committed to creating environments where students are supported to meet high expectations, and where educators are able to focus on purposeful teaching and learning.
We look forward to the leadership and expertise Adam will bring to our school community.
