From our founding in 2005 with just seven students to a thriving, diverse community of over 800 learners, our journey has been extraordinary. This year, we honor our shared legacy — and look ahead to a bright future.
Earlier this year, students were invited to design a logo that captures the spirit of our anniversary.
The winning design, created by Grade 6 student Megan Tian, beautifully blends the histories and futures of DAIS and DHS into one striking image.

On December 5, we celebrated the school anniversary with a grand show at the Dalian Development Area Grand Theater. It was a true showcase of creativity and collaboration, featuring a stunning art exhibition and an unforgettable concert program.
Highlights from the evening included What a Wonderful World by DAIS-E Grade 5, Modimo by the Advanced Choir, a cinematic Polar Express Suite, My Neighbor Totoro paired with a spectacular light show, and of course Nostalgia by Rossano Galante, where the music unfolded alongside a slideshow of cherished memories.
