all year long In summer, join our Sea Dragon Summer Camp for a season of exploration, creativity, sports, and hands‑on experiences that inspire confidence and curiosity in a fun, supportive environment. DDC will also organize a vendor‑led summer camp for gifted students on our campus. This program is designed for highly capable learners and features advanced inquiry‑based activities in small groups.
Engaging Learning Opportunities
Enjoy an enriching experience designed for both Elementary and Secondary students, with weekend learning that strengthens key skills and encourages curiosity. Our Saturday program helps learners stay motivated throughout the school year through focused academic support and engaging activities. Cambridge English Improvement Program offers a clear pathway to confident English, with sessions running on a rolling basis from 2026 and four hours of instruction each week.

A Saturday morning for curiosity, confidence and growth. From early learning and English development to exam preparation, robotics, science and business, Saturday School offers focused learning beyond the regular school week.

Elementary Summer Camp
Se Dragon Summer Camp for elementary students features an upgraded curriculum with English Language Arts, swimming, and STEAM, delivered in a full-day immersive English environment. Small class sizes and one-on-one practice support individualized learning.
Using the Cambridge English assessment system, student progress is tracked in real time. The campus replicates an American-style school experience, allowing students to learn in an authentic environment without going abroad.

Grade 6 to 9
Secondary Summer Camp
The summer camp offers small class sizes of no more than 15 students, led by DAIS full-time teachers in a fully immersive English environment throughout both classes and activities. Selected high-achieving high school volunteers serve as Camp Counselors, sharing study strategies and personal experiences while providing positive role models.
With strong and stable international faculty resources, students are immersed in an authentic global classroom and campus culture, helping them adapt early to overseas learning styles and smoothly transition to an international education pathway. This is an ideal choice for families planning to study abroad.

Grade 3 to 10
DDC Summer Camp for Gifted Students
This summer, our school partnered with the DDC Gifted Camp Program to offer an exceptional advanced academic experience for high‑potential students in Northeast China. This was the first time the highly selective DDC program was available in the region. All courses were taught by US‑certified gifted education teachers with extensive experience supporting talented learners.
Students could choose from two rigorous tracks. Rocketry for Grades 3–5 introduced physics and engineering through hands‑on rocket design and flight testing. Finance and Investment for Grades 7–10 built financial literacy through market analysis, stock simulations, and real‑world economic decision‑making.
- Dates: 2026.7.20-31, only full two weeks available
- Time: 9:00-16:00 Monday to Friday
- Level: Grade 3 to Grade 10
- Applicants are required to have MAP, CAT4, SAT, or PSAT mathematics scores in the top 10%, and English scores in the top 50%
- Price: 19,000 RMB, boarding options available for extra 4000 RMB (weekdays) / 6500 RMB (weekdays+weekends)
