A Summer of Investment, Innovation, and Renewal at DAIS

While our students are enjoying their summer break, the DAIS campus is busier than ever. 

Throughout the holiday, our teams have been working behind the scenes to upgrade learning spaces, improve facilities, and prepare an even better campus for the new academic year. 

We believe that an exceptional education is about more than outstanding teachers and academic programs. It is also about creating an environment where every child feels safe, inspired, and ready to learn.

This summer, DAIS has invested nearly RMB 5 million in campus improvements, including: 

• Approximately RMB 2.5 million dedicated to campus renovation and learning environment enhancements. 
• Approximately RMB 2.3 million invested in the complete renovation of our North Gym. 

Every project has been guided by one simple question: How can we make every student's experience even better? 

This summer's projects include:

Sports & Student Wellbeing

• Installation of a new climbing wall
• North Gym – Performing Arts Area and Stage Upgrade
• Development of student farmland and outdoor learning areas
• Construction of a new small soccer pitch
• Upgrade of swimming pool changing facilities and heating systems
• Planned enhancement of fitness equipment
• Fence System Activation

Academic Buildings

• Secondary Building Front Entrance and 1F Renovation
• Reconfiguration of Secondary learning and collaboration areas
• Upgrades to storage, examination, and preparation facilities
• Elementary Building Renovation
• Early Years Area Upgrade

Infrastructure

• Replacement of aging air-conditioning systems
• Waterproofing and roof repairs across multiple buildings
• External wall restoration and repainting projects
• Sidewalk improvements
