Back to School: A Joyful Start to the 2025–2026 School Year

Wecloming students to school

On August 13, our campus came alive once again as families and students returned for the start of a new school year. The day was filled with excitement, reconnections, and new beginnings.

In Elementary, families had the opportunity to meet our Head of School, Dr. Craig Wilson, and Principal, Mr. David Jones, before heading into classrooms to greet their homeroom teachers and specialists. It was a heartwarming moment for returning families and a special welcome for new ones, who received thoughtful welcome gifts as part of their introduction to our community.

Meanwhile, Secondary students received their Back to School packages and were welcomed by Dr. Wilson and Principal Nathan Burton, who is proudly celebrating his 10th year at our school. Students then participated in a classroom walk-through, meeting all their subject teachers and getting a feel for the exciting year ahead.

The official first day of school on August 14 began with a spirited welcome from our beloved Sea Dragon, setting the tone for a year of learning and growth. Students engaged in icebreaker activities to get to know one another, and Secondary students received their lockers, marking another step toward settling into their routines.
