College Matriculations for the DAIS/DHS Class of 2024

DAIS Class of 2024

The DAIS/DHS Class of 2024 has successfully secured their university placements. Reported by our graduates, Class of 2024 received a total of 235+ offers, worth over 13 million RMB ($1,811,800 USD, $680,000 HKD) in scholarships.

This fall, our graduates are heading off to universities all over the world. While making the big decision which school to attend, the students considered factors such as academic reputation, curriculum, campus environment, and career prospects.

Matriculations

US Universities

  • Boston University (2 students)

It is a comprehensive research university known for its academic excellence and innovation, and it proudly serves as the alma mater of Martin Luther King, Jr., who attended BU for doctoral studies.

  • Cornell University

A private, comprehensive research university, it is a member of the Ivy League and one of the fourteen founding institutions of the Association of American Universities. The university has 61 Nobel Prize winners in fields such as Physics, Chemistry, Medicine, Literature, and Peace.

  • Emory University

This university is known as a 'New Ivy,' 'Harvard of the South,' and is the alma mater of former U.S. President Jimmy Carter (Nobel Peace Prize in 2002) as well as six Pulitzer Prize winners.

  • Lehigh University

Founded in 1865 by industrialist Asa Packer, the university is a historic private research institution in the United States East Coast. It is a founding member of the Patriot League and ranks among the nation's top research institutions.

  • New York University

NYU, known for its high selectivity, receives over 100,000 applicants annually and maintains a combined acceptance rate of approximately 12.2%.   • Rutgers University - New Brunswick (6 students)

A 'Public Ivy,' where 49 members of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and 18 members of the Scientific and Engineering academies have been associated.

  • Santa Clara University

A small private institution in California, SCU is distinguished nationally by its rigorous undergraduate curricula and one of the highest graduation rates.

  • University of Arizona

This 'Public Ivy League' is the alma mater of Dr. Sun Huifen, the granddaughter of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, known as the father of modern China, and is a proud member of the Association of American Universities.

  • University of Illinois Urbana Champaign

It is a 'Public Ivy League' school, alma mater of John Bardeen who was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics twice, PayPal co-founder Max Levchin, a famous Chinese mathematician Hua Luogeng as well as one of today's greatest filmmakers Ang Lee.

Mainland of China

  • Beijing Foreign Studies University
