We had a fantastic opportunity to welcome Dr. Glenn Odland from International Schools Services to our campus this week.
ISS has been a strong partner in the development of our school and its learning pathways, and our affiliation continues to support the school in longer term strategic thinking and meeting our international alignment standards.
Dr. Odland, Senior Leadership Executive at ISS, has a long association with DAIS and was last on campus in 2019 where he worked closely with the community in developing our School Wide Learner Outcomes and preparing the community for the most recent WASC accreditation cycle self study.
This time, Dr. Odland worked with the Academic Leadership Team in reviewing our current strategic planning projects and building perspectives for the next phases of school development. He was also touring the school and its facilities and meeting with teachers to share about ISS learning resources. Last Thursday, Dr. Odland hosted a virtual session for parents to discuss the role of International School Services for our school.
We thank him for his long term dedication and support of DAIS!
