On Sunday May 31st the Dalian American International School and the Dalian Huamei Academy class of 2020 celebrated their graduation in a beautiful ceremony attended by faculty and our student choir and band. The 17 DAIS and 56 HMA graduates will depart for universities all over the world (including the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, Ireland, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and China) and we are extremely proud of all of their hard work and contributions to our school and community. Our graduates are an incredibly tight knit group, and we wish them well as they turn the page to a new chapter in their lives.
Special congratulations to DAIS valedictorian Gina Wang who will be attending Cornell University this fall, and to Huamei Academy valedictorian Daisy Chen who will be attending New York University Abu Dhabi campus.
