DAIS MUN came back from Seoul after participating in SEOMUN over the weekend. DAIS brought 20 students with varying levels of MUN experience. They prepared for the conference with in-class simulations and research homework. Students showed respect and responsibility throughout the trip.
Selina Sun and Fiona Shi, both participating in their first conference, have shown tremendous bravery at SEUMUN. Their committee was one of the largest at the conference with around 60 delegates in the room. The atmosphere was pretty intimidating for someone new to MUN. It may of took them some time, but Selina got up and made a speech to the entire committee and Fiona asked several questions to speakers. We are so proud of their courage to push out of their comfort zone. DAIS greatly appreciate efforts of all students, teachers and staff in making sure the trip happened.
