Wingo Night at the Blueberry Valley Manor Farm on Friday, November 20th was a big fundraiser to support school events.
Wingo Night at the Blueberry Valley Manor Farm on Friday, November 20th was one of the hottest events of the year. Many people from DAIS came out and enjoyed an evening of great food and drinks, salsa dancing, DJ Shaun performance, and of course Bingo. We had a lot of prizes: restaurant, sports, spa and beauty gift vouchers, complimentary hotel stays, and even a trip to Shanghai!
On behalf of the Parent-School Partnership we would like to thank many DAIS community members for helping with the event. A special thanks to Logan Bryant and LiTonya Roy for being the MCs for the night. A big thank you to Melody Gifford for doing our opening music and helping out with the event. Big shout out to Mary Porter and the middle school student government for covering the hardest job, babysitting. A big thanks to our amazing administrators Snow and Linna for helping with all the prizes and organization of the event. Also, to John and Thomas from the IT department for setting up everything, and Matt Krakowski for pulling the whole event together. It really was a team effort!
We raised a lot of money that will be used for for many great things this year for our school. That wouldn’t be possible without the support of the whole DAIS community.
