Once a teacher, business manager, and admissions director, Audrey has over 18 years of experience in the field of education with a solid understanding of school operations and parental concerns.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Audrey has furthered her education in the US with a bachelor degree at Texas A&M University majoring in International Studies and minoring in Interdisciplinary Business. Audrey continued her pursuit of higher education by completing her Master of Business Administration at Southern Illinois University. With a deep passion for early childhood education, Audrey obtained the Montessori Early Childhood Credential certified by the American Montessori Society in 2006 and proceeded to found the Montessori program at DAIS.
Audrey has worked at DAIS for over a decade and is determined to continue growing with the school. She is actively engaged in organizing and hosting educational activities and seminars for the community by drawing upon the resources both within and outside of the school. Audrey is looking forward to many fruitful years of learning, growing and serving the DAIS community.
She is joined by her husband Mario, and her younger son Russel at DAIS. Nicholas, the elder of the two, graduated from DAIS in 2018 and is pursuing a degree in education.
The start date for all DAIS divisions has been moved from August 5th to August 19th. We are monitoring the recent Covid-19 outbreak in the Dalian area and will report to the community any impact that this outbreak may have on the start of the school year.
