A “Virtual Open House” for Elementary and Secondary Divisions took place on Monday, August 31. Microsoft Teams meetings were scheduled for students and parents to receive an overview of the curriculum for the school year as well as day-to-day expectations and procedures and meet their assigned teachers.
Additionally, we welcomed new students and parents to the Campus Village Lobby, where desks were set up to enable students and parents to hand in or gather all the key documents/information they would need for the school year and receive Tech Trek training. One of the most important of these is the Student ID card which must be kept with students at all times while in school. Not only is it their entry in and out of the building, it will also be used to pay for their lunches and enables them to print documents at school. Due to government restrictions, only new families could attend the event this year.
